NEAR-Fest offers inside space!
This area has excellent foot traffic and is centrally located. 

Spaces are limited, so register early. Anyone interested in using an Inside Space may purchase this option when buying tickets. Inside Space will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

  Indoor Space & Options:

NEAR-Fest can provide the following items to Inside Space sellers.

  • Extra Selling Spaces — Selling spaces are 8′ wide x 6′ Deep. (Just a blank space, nothing else with it…)
  • Table Rental — Need a table? Maybe a bunch?  We’ve got you covered! Add this to your cart and select the quantity you want. (You can bring your own)
  • Chair Rental — If you want to sit at your table, consider adding some chairs to your cart. Don’t forget to select the quantity. (you can bring your own)
  • Electric Power — If you are plugging into an electrical outlet, you need this option. You will need a cord; we suggest a long one as outlets are not in every selling space.
    Only one electric usage pass is required per vendor, regardless of the number of selling spaces.
    NOTE: not all spaces are eligible for electrical power; ample pre-registration is recommended to secure an eligible spot. 

 

Can I register to use the Premium Inside Space?

Yes, Anyone can.

 

Inside Seller Parking:

Parking in the indoor selling building is limited and reserved for handicapped sellers or those with special accommodations.  You will be permitted early access and drive-up load-in and load-out, but are expected to park your vehicle in the main parking area.

 

Regulations Specific to Indoor Sellers:

Inside Sellers are subject to all the rules and policies of NEAR-Fest and the following that are specific to them:

  • The NEAR-Fest indoor selling space coordinator will be the final arbitrator in disputes regarding inside spaces.
  • Admission times for Inside Sellers are 3:00 pm on Thursday and 6:00 am on Friday & Saturday.
  • A floor plan will be available in the building, and spaces will be assigned.
  • NEAR-Fest admission tickets are required for all participants, including those utilizing the inside selling space. 
  • SUB-LETTING OF YOUR SPACE IS NOT PERMITTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF INSIDE SELLING.
  • SECURITY: You are solely responsible for your items and the goods you sell. We recommend you DO NOT LEAVE YOUR TABLES UNATTENDED! NEAR-Fest assumes no liability for any lost or stolen items.
  • On Friday night, the Inside Space will close to attendees at 6:00 pm and be locked and secured by 6:30 pm (these times are variable and depend on weather, attendance, and other factors). Once the buildings are vacant and locked down Friday night, no entrance will be permitted until Saturday Morning, when they will reopen at 6:00 am. Once most sellers are in the building, we will allow the attendees to enter.
  • Before leaving on Saturday, you must clean your area. Place all trash in the containers provided. Do not leave anything behind. Failure to observe this requirement may result in your not being invited to subsequent events.
