We are going to make some modifications to the prizes procedure this time that I hope will make it more fair and reasonable to all.  The discussion whether to require winners to be present at the drawing in order to win a prize or not will never be resolved to everyone's satisfaction.  We feel that there are advantages and disadvantages to both.  So here's what we are going to do this time and see how it works out.

Prizes List

Two grand prizes will be drawn - one on Friday @ 4:00PM where the winner must be present and on Saturday @ 2:00PM where the winner need not be present.

1st Grand Prize:  AIM 4170B Antenna / Lab RF Analyzer

2nd Grand Prize: ICOM IC-2200 2m Transceiver with the UT118 tone board making it D-Star Ready.

Major Prizes: (one on Friday (must be present) and one on Saturday (need not be present).

Buddistick Deluxe portable HF vertical antenna.

A $25.00 gift certificate from NIFTY! Ham Accessories.  They produce neat guides to many of the popular radios to remind you of what all the buttons are for.

Scannermaster has donated a wideband magnetic mobile 50 Ohm receiving antenna covering 25 - 1000Mhz, complete with cable and fitted BNC plug.  The antenna includes two separate coils for complete band coverage and is 22" high.  These are the folks that publish the scanner frequency guides.
